Abstract
Psoriasis is one of the most common chronic inflammatory dermatopathies, which is observed in 0.3-7% of the world population. Numerous twin-, familial- and population-based studies suggest the involvement of genetic factors in the disease development. The present review summarizes the present state of knowledge and analyzes of the most recent findings in the molecular genetics of psoriasis.Entities:
