Abstract
We describe the first reported case of infected thrombus compression of the right ventricular outflow tract in a Rastelli patient as a complication of pregnancy. This case emphasizes the importance of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging and echocardiography in the assessment of patients with adult congenital heart disease prior to and during pregnancy.Entities:
