Abstract
A prospective randomized analysis was conducted on children with lower extremity torsional deformities. Its purpose was to define the natural history of these anomalies and to determine the efficacy of treatment with a Denis-Browne splint. The natural history of pediatric lower extremity torsional deformities is to correct toward the mean of the population. The Denis-Browne splint did not alter the natural history of lower extremity torsional deformities as defined by the foot progression angle.Entities:
