Abstract
Cranioplasty has been practised since prehistoric times. Some of the indications for cranioplasty remain controversial as does the existence of the 'syndrome of the trephined'. This report describes a patient in whom neurological improvement occurred repetitively following cranioplasty and in whom deterioration recurred following removal of the cranioplasty plate.Entities:
