Abstract
For buccal mucosal graft urethroplasty, nasal or oral endotracheal intubation anesthesia is used for harvesting the graft from the oral cavity. A technique of graft harvesting under local anesthesia using 2% lidocaine solution with adrenaline (1:200,000) is described. This method requires a cooperative patient but saves the morbidity of general anesthesia.Entities:
