Separation of viable tumor cells from nonviable tumor cells by flotation on bovine serum albumin. A short communication.

Abstract

A method is described for obtaining tumor cell suspensions that are 95% viable. This method does not require the use of enzymes. The yield of this procedure is approximately 50%.
