Abstract
The discovery that the brain controls bone remodelling has provided a new paradigm for our understanding of bone biology. This review summarises the genetic, molecular and physiological bases for the central control of bone remodelling and discusses the future directions of this new research field of neuroskeletal biology.Entities:
