Abstract
The pursestring suture anoscope, originally developed for the procedure for rectal prolapse and hemorrhoids, has been successfully used when performing coloanal anastomosis. The use of this tool for handsewn coloanal anastomosis can achieve relatively atraumatic results to the patient. It is a suitable and handy tool that makes handsewn transanal colonanal anastomosis simple and easy to perform.Entities:
