Abstract
Wilms' tumor is the most common solid renal tumor in children. Imaging plays a crucial role in the evaluation of the primary tumor and regional and metastatic disease. This article reviews the biologic, clinical, and MR imaging features of this tumor and other renal tumors that can mimic Wilms' tumor.Entities:
