Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Congenital oral granular cell tumour of the newborn is an uncommon benign tumour of uncertain origin. The typical clinical appearance is of a single nodule occurring on the anterior maxillary ridge. In 10% of cases there are multiple lesions.
