Abstract
A 46-year-old nonsmoking female was diagnosed with pulmonary lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (LELC). She simultaneously had a rare skin manifestation, erythema elevatum diutinum (EED), which did not respond to topical treatment. The patient underwent platinum-based chemotherapy and thoracic radiotherapy and had shown complete remission in both LELC and EED. EED is therefore considered as a paraneoplastic syndrome of pulmonary LELC in this case. Literature on LELC and EED were also reviewed.Entities:
