Enantioselective synthesis of alpha-aminopropargylphosphonates.

Rajasekhar Dodda1, Cong-Gui Zhao.

Abstract

alpha-Aminopropargylphosphonates have been synthesized for the first time in good yields and enantiomeric excesses (up to 81% ee) by using a copper(I)-pybox complex as the catalyst.
