Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Despite low levels of physical activity among Arabs in Israel, interventions designed to increase physical activity in this population have been scarce. Physical Activity Promotion Committee (PAPC) guidelines are consistent with those of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: ≥3 days/week of vigorous physical activity for ≥20 minutes/day or ≥5 days/week of moderate physical activity for ≥30 minutes/day.
