Abstract
McKusick-Kaufman syndrome is an autosomal recessive multiple malformation syndrome characterized by hydrometrocolpos and polydactyly. We report on a patient with McKusick-Kaufman syndrome and severe hydrops. This case illustrates the necessity of genetic evaluations for all patients with unexplained hydrops.Entities:
