[MR and CT features of craniocervical junction tuberculosis: a report of 5 cases].

Abstract

Tuberculosis of the craniocervical junction is rare but may cause significant complications with severe sequelae due to the nearby presence of important neurovascular structures. The CT and MR features of 5 cases are presented with correlation with reports from the literature. The differential diagnosis is reviewed.
