Abstract
A Cowper's duct cyst is a rare entity that occurs most commonly in young men. The current urologic literature supports management with a transurethral unroofing procedure. For patients who present with persistent symptoms associated with a Cowper's syringocele status post-transurethral unroofing, transperineal ligation of the Cowper's duct may be of value in alleviating the symptoms.Entities:
