Abstract
Candida infection is a relatively common cause of nosocomial bloodstream infection in immunosuppressed patients. However, renal involvement is infrequent. Moreover, direct Candida identification on kidney biopsy is rarely possible. We present a case of renal insufficiency secondary to Candida albicans tubulointerstitial nephritis.Entities:
