Abstract
Diagnostic lymph node pathology is primarily focused on identification, definition and classification of lymphoid neoplasms. Less attention is paid to reactive lymph node changes as their causes often cannot be elucidated. We outline several particular types of lymph node reactions that allow a delineation of potential causative agents. A thorough understanding of the morphology of reactive lymph node changes can also aid in the differential diagnosis between reactive and neoplastic lymph node changes.Entities:
