Abstract
A 6-year-old girl with lymphosarcoma developed Cushing's syndrome. Suppression-stimulation studies verified adrenal hyperfunction secondary to bilateral adrenocortical hyperplasia, and the course suggested the possibility of "ectopic ACTH" production by the neoplasm as the etiology.Entities:
