Abstract
Mycophenolate mofetil has been shown to have teratogenic properties in animal studies and clinical reports. We report a case of major fetal malformation likely caused by mycophenolate mofetil exposure in utero in a 36 year old patient with systemic lupus erythematosus. The diagnosis was made by ultrasonography at 22 weeks of gestation.Entities:
