Abstract
This is a presentation of a case of preoperative diagnosis of apparent esophageal atresia and an apparent distal and tracheoesophageal fistula from a peripheral hospital. After surgery, histopathologic findings showed the absence of cartilage and bronchial glands, suggesting the etiology as a fibromuscular stenosis.Entities:
