Abstract
Pretibial lacerations are a common injury, particularly in older adults. Patients may present to the emergency department for treatment, be treated in GP surgeries by community nurses or they may self-treat. This article reviews the treatment options available to enable healthcare professionals to make informed decisions regarding the management of patients with such injuries.Entities:
