Abstract
A 40 year old male, presented with a left choroidal metastases, 2 month after a radical cystectomy for an infiltrating transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. This localisation was associated with disseminated metastasis which failed to respond to chemotherapy. The patient died within one month. The review of the literature confirms the poor prognosis of choroidal metastases in patients with transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder.Entities:
