An extraventricular colloid cyst: case report.

Abstract

A case of a 33-year-old woman with a right fronto-parietal extracerebral lesion is reported. This lesion had all the features of a colloid cyst. Colloid cysts outside the third ventricle have been only rarely reported, but apparently never outside the ventricular system.
