Abstract
A variety of biological restraints limit the number of plant species suitable for genetic and molecular analysis of development. A number of approaches to isolate developmental and physiological mutants are described as well as complications that arise in mutant selection procedures. Examples of mutant types especially in Arabidopsis are presented for a number of processes.Entities:
