[Chosen diagnostical aspects of abdominal disorders in children].

Paper presents chosen diagnostical problems in abdominal disorders in children. Infant dyschezia was discussed as a functional disorder in infants. In older children symptoms like distention, and abdominal pain which were the results of gas overproduction were the main focus. Small bowel bacterial overgrowth and chronic intestinal pseudo-obstruction was discussed.
