Abstract
Malocclusions with a hyperdivergent vertical facial pattern are often difficult to treat without a combined surgical/orthodontic approach. The aim of this article is to describe a nonsurgical approach to the treatment of a high-angle Class II malocclusion in a growing patient. Some fundamental aspects, such as correct diagnosis, treatment timing, favorable mandibular growth pattern, and patient compliance, proved to be critical to correct the severe dentoskeletal disharmony.Entities:
