Abstract
Choroid plexus papillomas (CPP) are rare, benign tumors of the central nervous system. They usually occur in the lateral ventricles in children and the fourth ventricle in adults. Extensive seeding along the neural axis is usually associated with malignant transformation of the tumor. We report a rare case of a 74-year-old patient with a fourth ventricle CPP associated with diffuse spinal deposits. Radiological and histological findings are presented and the relevant literature is discussed.Entities:
