Abstract
Operative laparoscopy was followed by colpotomy for the excision of an unsuspected, 7 x 7.5-cm, colonic leiomyosarcoma intact. That surgical approach was quick and had all the benefits of operative laparoscopy without potentially increasing the risk of tumor spread by cutting through malignant tissue.Entities:
