Abstract
The antitumor activities of toxoids of Clostridium perfringens, C. nouyi, C. septicum, and C. tetani were tested against sarcoma-180 and Ehrlich carcinoma. Among them, C. perfringens toxoid showed a high antitumor activity against the growth of the implanted sarcoma-180 ascites form. The results of the inhibiting effect of C. perfringens toxoid on Nakahara-Tokuzen-Fukuoka (NTF) reticulum cell sarcoma and methylcholanthrene-induced fibrosarcoma were also described.Entities:
