Lignan glycosides from the leaves of Osmanthus heterophyllus.

Abstract

Seven known lignan glycosides were isolated from the leaves of Osmanthus heterophyllus: (+)-syringaresinol 4-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, (+)-syringaresinol 4, 4'-O-di-beta-D-glucopyranoside, (+)-medioresinol 4, 4'-O-di-beta-D-glucopyranoside, (+)-medioresinol 4-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, (+)-pinoresinol 4, 4'-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, (+)-epipinoresinol 4-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside and phillyrin. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral data.
