Lymphoma presenting as an echogenic periportal mass: sonographic findings.

Abstract

Abdominal lymphoma usually appears as homogeneous, markedly hypoechoic masses on sonography. We report a case of primary lymphoma presenting as an extrahepatic and intrahepatic periportal echogenic mass encasing the hepatic vessels. (c) 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
