Abstract
Restless legs syndrome (RLS) has been described in association with a number of conditions including iron deficiency, neuropathy and Parkinson's disease. Here we report a patient who developed RLS concurrent with the development of classic post-polio syndrome (PPS), 40 years after recovery from an episode of paralytic poliomyelitis. PPS is still frequently encountered in neurological practice, and clinicians should be aware of the possibility of associated RLS.Entities:
