Laparoscopic hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy using a single umbilical puncture.

Abstract

The authors present the first performances of laparoscopic hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy utilizing a single umbilical puncture. The surgical outcomes demonstrate the success of the single-puncture technique as a safe and effective procedure.
