Abstract
Severe psychological symptoms after severe work-related hand injury, manifested as posttraumatic stress disorder, are not significantly potentiated or sustained by concomitant litigation if the patient has had early psychologic intervention. This study does not support assumptions about "accident neurosis" that delays recovery from the psychological sequelae of severe work-related hand injury.Entities:
