Abstract
A previously healthy 6-year-old boy presented to the ophthalmologist and was found to have congenital ocular melanocytosis associated with uveal melanoma. He was treated with enucleation of the affected eye and has shown no evidence of tumor recurrence or metastasis through over 20 years of postenucleation follow-up. Ocular melanocytosis can be associated with uveal melanoma even in young children.Entities:
