Abstract
Proliferative periostitis of Garré represents a periosteal reaction to the presence of infection or other irritants. This can be odontogenic or nonodontogenic. This is a case report of an odontogenic periostitis resulting from endodontic origin. It was successfully treated by nonsurgical root canal therapy without using antibiotic therapy during the treatment of this case.Entities:
