Abstract
Two patients are described who previously sustained full-thickness burn injuries to their abdomens requiring split-thickness skin grafting. This created a restriction on the expanding pregnant uterus, necessitating surgical release and split-thickness skin grafting. These patients continued through normal pregnancy to subsequent normal vaginal delivery.Entities:
