Abstract
In 2 patients, an aortic stenosis failed to respond adequately to balloon dilatation but was successfully treated by implantation of a self-expandable large caliber endoprosthesis and subsequent balloon angioplasty. Intravascular ultrasound helped to classify the characteristics of the lesion in preparation for intervention.Entities:
