Abstract
Synovial sarcoma of the kidney is a recently reported neoplasm. Only 33 cases have been reported in published studies. It is a difficult neoplasm to differentiate from other renal masses and requires specific molecular/genetic testing. Currently, no treatment guidelines have been established. Accurate diagnosis is imperative to implement effective therapy.Entities:
