Dicephalus tetrabrachius.

Abstract

A 40-year-old Gravida VII, Para VI lady presented to Mekelle hospital after pushing down pain of 36 hours. Laparatomy was done after patient was diagnosed to have ruptured uterus caused by obstructed labor secondary to interlocking of twins. An extremely rare type of conjoined twins (with two heads, two necks, four upper extremities, single trunk, two legs) known as Dicephalus tetrabrachius was delivered Clinical presentation of the case is presented The case is discussed after review of literatures is made from Ethiopia and other countries.
