Abstract
Localization of leiomyomas in the vaginal wall is very rare. We report about a case of a vaginal leiomyoma in the anterior vaginal wall, preoperatively identified with sonography and CT. Surgical enucleation was performed. Surgical removal in these cases is safe and usually with minimal bleeding.Entities:
