Abstract
With only 51 cases reported in the literature to date, adrenocortical oncocytoma is an exceedingly rare pathological variant of adrenal neoplasms. The first case of metastatic adrenocortical oncocytoma is reported along with an update of the literature. A role for radiotherapy in the palliative setting is demonstrated.Entities:
