Abstract
Trigeminal neuralgia is a recognized complication in patients with intracranial tumours affecting the trigeminal nerve. This case report describes an epidermoid tumour at the cerebellopontine angle in a middle-aged man with otherwise classical unilateral trigeminal neuralgia. The case highlights the difficulties of diagnosis and the importance of a multidisciplinary approach when trigeminal neuralgia occurs concurrently with a brain tumour.Entities:
