Abstract
The authors reported 2 cases of Salter-Harris type IV fracture of the proximal tibial epiphysis in which the fracture line mimicked that of triplane fractures of the distal tibia. X rays and CT aspects were detailed. A surgical management is proposed according to the risk of evolving varus deformity.Entities:
