Abstract
There are multiple publications and electronic programs available to aid clinicians in the management of drug-drug interactions; however, clinicians should understand the advantages and limitations of these programs before using them in clinical practice. Because time constraints can make evaluation of the primary literature challenging, clinicians and health-care providers frequently rely on drug-interaction computer programs that are integrated in the prescribing process to flag drug interactions.Mesh:
