TL: Total laryngectomy
No surgery: 17 patients only underwent larynx microsurgery and tracheostomy, except two patients (T1 and T2, respectively) who had only larynx microsurgery. All patients were referred to radiation therapy and/or chemotherapy. One patient (T1) and five patients (T3) survived with no disease, the remaining (n=11) had a negative course of the disease.
