Abstract
Long-acting GnRH agonists are the treatment of choice for central precocious puberty. GnRH agonists are not effective in peripheral precocious puberty, but a number of other agents, including medroxyprogesterone acetate, ketoconazole, testolactone, and androgen antagonists, may be useful.Entities:
