Abstract
Despite a very poor prognosis of small cell lung cancer, recent advances in chemotherapy produced long-term survivors requiring a high level of surveillance. Indeed, it is becoming more important to identify earlier unusual sites of tumoral recurrence. We report the first case of uterine metastasis of a small cell lung carcinoma.Entities:
