Abstract
A healthy 19-year-old man presented with signs and symptoms of central cord syndrome after a moderate fall. He had congenital fusion of multiple cervical vertebrae consistent with Klippel-Feil syndrome. This disorder, although rare, is important for emergency medicine physicians to recognize as a risk factor for cervical cord syndromes.Entities:
